Part of my photographic quest is to try to follow the advice of poet Mary Oliver. In her poem called SOMETIMES she includes this verse: Instructions for living a life: Pay attention. Be astonished. Tell about it.
I am a husband, father and grandfather, sailor, photographer, retired clergy. Many of my images have been made along the shores of the beautiful Chesapeake Bay. I made other images when traveling or by paying attention to things closer to home.
